I love and cherish the art of lutherie, especially the art of guitar making. I’m always searching for improvements of the acoustic quality and aesthetic appearance of the guitar. My designs are unique. The instruments I produce are entirely crafted by me. It may take up to 300 hours to build a guitar. I’ll build your guitar from the finest solid tone woods and consider the interaction between the guitar and its player as very important. For this reason, I want to know the personality, passion and spirit of the player. Only with this knowledge I can refine the individual guitar on special aspects to improve the guitar-player interaction. Of course, the visual beauty and design of the guitar is very important. My design is usually modern with modest inlays. Besides that, I offer a full range of options. Together we create a guitar individually designed and made for you with your own personal soul.

For the tops, I use high quality, fully dried (> 20 Years) cedar or spruce wood. These woods are extremely light, stable and guarantee a superb tone. The side and backs feature colourful and characteristic solid woods like Rio Palissander (more than 30 years old and certified).

Furthermore, I have a collection of other beautifully figured woods like maple, mahogany, Indian palissander and many more.

Yes you can. During the building process I make and share photo’s to show you the evolution and progress of your new guitar. Besides, we’ll have an e-mail hotline to discuss further building steps. Of course, it is also possible to visit my workshop after making an appointment.

The A hard-shell case is included. Conservatory students can request a 10% discount

Price of Extras: Of course, you can specify your order in any direction: special woods, cut-out model, bindings, inlays etc etc. If you mail your requests, I can make a financial proposal without engagement.

In general, all instruments must be paid for in full before delivery.

Shipping and handling costs, (and if applicable import duties and customs handling fees) can not be refunded, because these fees are paid to third parties.

Customers who paid the deposit of 1000 euros, are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions: 
– Cancellation of the order within 14 day’s after placing the order.
– Or before construction of the custom guitar starts.

In case of standard instruments you may return the instrument for a full refund (less any shipping, customs fees and handling  expenses) if you are not satisfied.

For custom instruments the refund of the purchase price will be contingent on resale of the instrument. On my website posted as occasion

A guitar is delicate instrument. Accidents and humidity may cause cracks and other damage to your favorite stringed instrument.

No problem! As a luthier I am also able to repair your beautiful stringed instrument.

Please contact me and ask for a valuation and quotation for the repair. This way, I can rate if the repair is cost-effective.

I only build guitars on request . If a customer returns a guitar, I inspect it thoroughly before I put it back on my site as an occasion. The price of an occasion is non negotiable.
